Using an interrupted time series analysis and panel data regression, this study evaluates the repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic on residential housing in ten Indian cities over a span of thirteen years from 2010 to 2023. The results present a medley of outcomes on city-level trends, a prevailing postpandemic downturn observable across cities, and a subsequent positive shift as compared to pre-pandemic standards.
