The International Real Estate Review invites submissions to the special issue of “Living with Virus: COVID-19 and Real Estate”. The special issue will focus on the how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted real estate practices and markets. We welcome submissions on specific topics, which may include (but are not limited to):

1) Real estate markets in the post-pandemic world

2) Real estate capital markets and financial distresses after the COVID-19

3) The pandemic shock on housing affordability and housing prices

4) Predictive modeling of spatial distributions and spread of the COVID virus

5) How various safety measures and lock-down implemented during the pandemic affect real estate professional services, including appraisal, brokerage and online retail businesses?

6) Governments’ responses and assistances to real estate markets during and after the COVID-19
